Q: How much does UK postage cost?


All our deliveries within the UK are sent by Royal Mail First class. Standard UK delivery is two to five working days and costs £3.95. We are able to offer a ‘signature on delivery’ service to ensure extra peace of mind. This costs £4.95 and delivery is two to five working days.

For items that are heavy, bulky or large, there is an additional £2 added to the above stated delivery costs so ‘standard UK delivery’ for such items becomes £5.95 and ‘signature on delivery’ is £6.95.

Free shipping for orders over £60.

Q: Do you offer an Express delivery service?


If your order is urgent, we are able to offer a ‘Next Day’ delivery, guaranteed by 1pm as long as your order is placed by 12.30pm Monday to Thursday. Orders received after 12.30pm up until 3pm may still be eligible for next day delivery although this is not always possible. We will advise you by email if possible.

Orders received between 12.30pm on Thursdays and 12.30pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders received after 12.30pm on Fridays or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. The charge for this is £10.95. If the purchased items are deemed heavy, large or bulky, the postage cost is £12.95.

This Express delivery service is only available for the U.K. mainland. Please note this service always needs a signature on delivery.

Q: Do you offer international deliveries?


We do not currently offer international deliveries. However, please contact us directly at if you are interested in receiving our goods overseas.

Q: My parcel has not arrived so what should I do?


Standard orders are usually delivered within two to five working days. However sometimes delays to these timeframes can occur particularly during busy periods or postal strikes. If you are concerned about your parcel, please contact us immediately by emailing us at

Q: I have provided the wrong delivery address so what should I do?


If you realise the delivery address is incorrect, please notify us immediately by email at We will endeavour to change it as long as the item has not left our premises.

Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct as we shall not be liable for delivery to a wrong address if the item has been shipped before acknowledgement of the mistake.
