Q: Do you accept returns?

A:

We hope you will be delighted with every product that you purchase from Oscar & B. If you have had a change of mind regarding your purchase, we accept returns providing you contact us by email at enquiries@oscarandb.com within 14 days of receipt of your item. The item(s) must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with their tags still attached. Once we have received the returned goods, we will inspect them and refund the price at the time of sale. Please keep in mind we do not refund the postage paid on your original order.

Earrings: In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless your goods were found to be faulty or incorrect.

Please include your order confirmation in your parcel.

We cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us so we strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning your items.

Q: Do I have to pay for the cost to return my item?

A:

If you have simply changed your mind about a product, then the cost of returning an item will need to be paid by you. We will cover the cost involved in returning an item to us only if it is faulty.

Q: My item has arrived faulty or has been damaged in transit so what do I do?

A:

Whilst we take great care in ensuring all our goods are packaged carefully and sensibly, we understand that sometimes items can become damaged in the post. In the unlikely event that your item has arrived faulty, please contact us via email at enquiries@osacarandb.com as soon as possible. Please ensure all internal packaging and any accompanying leaflets are returned to us otherwise we may not be able to process your return. We will then arrange a replacement or refund to be issued depending upon your preference.

Q: Do I have to pay the postage to return my faulty item?

A:

We will cover the cost involved in returning the faulty item to us via a refund.

Q: How long do I have to wait to receive my refund?

A:

If you have requested a refund, please allow up to 30 days for monies to reach your account or show on your credit card statement.
